Meeting Description
The workshop will be a day and one-half meeting that will engage the participants in comprehensive discussions on key aspects of multiscale computational modeling of cementitious materials. The workshop will be organized around technical discussions on state of the art knowledge and gaps (Activity 1), discussions on focused topics (Activity 2), a poster session (Activity 3), and discussions on a long-term strategy to develop an international initiative on simulation-based engineering of the next generation of cementitious materials beyond the workshop (Activity 4). The discussions will be focused around six topic areas. Each topic area will have a keynote speaker, a topic leader, and panelists. See meeting format and schedule.
