The workshop will provide a special opportunity to connect domain experts from around the world and exchange ideas between different disciplines, by bringing together experts in materials science of cement and concrete with experts in computational mechanics and multiscale modeling to tackle one of the most significant challenges faced today by the cement and concrete community, i.e. the development of the next generation of cementitious materials for a sustainable infrastructure.
